Working Principle:

 

The main motor is controlled with frequency governor, with a stable start, to transmit the power to the bowl through triangular belt, so that it can rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a centrifugal force field. The material enters into the bowl fitted with filter bag through feed pipe on top, and the centrifugal force compels the material to be uniformly distributed on the bowl, for a centrifugal filtration. The liquid is thrown into the cavity of outer shell through gaps of filter bag and pores of bowl, and discharged from the liquid outlet. The solid material is retained inside the filter bag, and is lifted off the machine to be discharged in the discharging place by opening the cover of chassis after machine shutdown. It is fitted with washing pipe, able for rinse of materials.

 

 

 

Main  Features:

 

Frequency converter is adopted for start, as stepless speed regulation fitted with PLC, to stabilize start and expand the scope of usability. The machine is set with central control cabinet and site explosion-proof auxiliary control cabinet for operation in two places, typical of easy operation, enhanced security, free from base installation, and cancelled traditional suspended machine undercarriage, with a simplified installation process. The damping and shock absorbing system with selection of free base additional vertical weight and the type of shock isolator has enabled the shock generated by the equipment to be fully sucked, without interference into base ground and surrounding devices. The machine crust is in a flip-flat structure, able for thorough cleaning for the centrifuge’s crust and the bowl’s interlacing spaces, with rational design structure, easier for multi-faceted cleaning and sterilization, especially adaptable for solid-liquid separation of materials that are not liable to be touched by people, have higher cleaning requirements, strict washing demands, and high-grade of explosion-proof property.

 

 

 

Main  Application:

 

Adaptable either to filtration of suspension liquors with solid phase as granules, or to dehydration of fiber substances, and especially to filtration of toxic and flammable materials with high viscosity and fine particle size, such as gypsum, thiamin, sodium sulfate, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additive, dye, paint, plastic raw material, soap, grease, various resins, kitchen salt, sodium glutamate, food additive, sugar, vitamin, biotic, and other various drugs, herbicide, and insectifuge, dehydration of mineral fines such as copper, zinc, and aluminum, etc, and disposal of gypsum with acid discharge, pure water sludge, etc.
