Rubber fine miller (waste tyre recycling production line)

Waste tyre recycling production line. mill the rubber powder into 10-100 mesh.  

The whole line makes wast tyres into rubber power of 30-200 mesh.
the main machines and working process could be as follows:
(1) One waste tyre first is put into LS-1200 sidewall steel wire drawer to pull the big steel wires in the middle side out of the tyre.
(2) and then to go into the ZPS-800 whole tire crusher to shre the tyre into 50mm*50mm pieces.
(3) the 5*5 pieces go to the CQJ-280rubbing/cutting machine to get the 3 to 30mm granules;
duing the step, also used a DCT-500 Belt Iron separator to separate the minced iron in the rubber of the tyre out of the rubber granules;
and also needs a JFS-800 rubber powder screener to griddle the rubber granules;
and also needs a XFJ-1100 rubber fiber separator to separate the fiber out of the rubber granules;
(4) then goes the next step: to put the rubber granules into CXFJ-28-3 rubber fine miller to get the 10-100 mesh rubber powder.
this step also needs FJ-1000 rubber powder grader to grade the rubber powder.
duing these processes, finished product is got.
